Note: Please recall that our wines are minimally processed and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Thus, the wines may throw a small deposit upon further cellaring. Standing the bottle upright for 30-60 minutes prior to serving should be adequate. Also, we recommend storage in a cool area at 55-65 ^oF with minimal temperature variation.
