The 2001 vintage wines were the inaugural releases from DuNah Winery established in 2000. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from ours and other carefully selected vineyards are hand crafted into the special wines from our bonded winery in Sebastopol. The 2003 vintage was the first for the introduction of estate grown DuNah Vineyard Pinot Noir wine. Careful technique is the watchword, with the use of gentle crushing and minimal pressing, wild yeast primary and malolactic fermentations, premium French oak barrel aging, frequent lies stirring and sample tasting, minimal rackings and gravity fluid flow, all of which are followed by unfined and unfiltered bottling. DuNah Winery capacity is 2,500 cases per year.
